B it known that I, Rodney Ettman, a citizen of the United States of America, and a resident of Woodmere, Long Island, New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Tie Clasp or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof, in which Figure 1 is a front elevational view of a tie clasp, or similar article, showing my new design,

Fig. 2 is a side elevational View thereof; and

Fig. 3 is an end elevational View.

The ornamental design for a tie clasp or similar article, as shown.
