UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE VENDING MACHINE Edward L. Strempel, Bedford Village, N. Y.

Term of patent 7 years (Cl. D523) To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that 1, Edward L. Strempel, a citizen of the United States and resident of Bedford Village, in the county of Westchester and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Vending Machine, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.
The figure is a front perspective view of a vending machine, showing m new design.
The design is characterized by a generally rectangular vertical cabinet having a semi-tubular projection from the front face thereof in which is embodied a station for positioning a cup to receive the beverage vended, a curved transparent glass door being used to provide visibility, and the semi-circular projection on the front from a point below this station tapers downwardly in a conical manner and terminates at a point adjacent to the bottom thereof, and the cabinet has a top which is beveled over to match the beveled top of the body of the cabinet and coincides with the semi-circular projection on the front thereof. The left side of the cabinet is substantiall the same in appearance as the side shown, and the rear of the cabinet is plain.

The ornamental design for a vending machine, substantially as shown and described.
