UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE COVERED WASHSTAND Basil E. Jones, Flossmoor, Ill., assignor to Pullman-Standard Car Manufacturing Company, a corporation of Delaware To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Basil E. Jones, a citizen of the United States, residing at Flossmoor, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Covered Washstand, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

In the drawings- Fig. 1 is a general perspective view of my new design for a covered washstand arrangement showing the washstand with the cover thereof in closed position;

Fig. 2 also is a general perspective view of the washstand arrangement but showing the washstand with the cover thereof in open position;

Fig. 3 is a top plan view of Fig. 2;

Fig. 4 is a top plan view of Fig. 1; and

Fig. 5 is a sectional view through the washstand taken along the line 5-5 of Fig. 3 showing the contour of the bowl portion of the washstand and the stand portion.

The dotted line representations in the several figures ci the drawings are for illustrative purposes only.

What is claimed is:

The ornamental design for a covered washstand, substantially as shown and described.
