Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D44-29) To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Erik G. Grundstrom, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Cooking Utensil, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

This application is a continuation in part of my copending application, Serial No. D.122,249, filed September 22, 1945, now abandoned.

In the drawings:

Figure 1 is a perspective View from above of a cooking utensil showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a perspective view from below, and

Figs. 3 and 4 are a side and top View respectively.

The dominant feature of the design resides in the portion shown in full lines.

I claim: The ornamental design for a cooking utensil, as shown and described.
