Be it known that I, Rosalie Stephens Fulton, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Denton, in the county of Denton and State of Texas, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Measuring Device, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a measuring device showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view of the device shown in Fig. 1, and

Fig. 3 is a plan view of the device shown in Fig. 1, as seen from above.

I claim: The ornamental design for a measuring device, as shown.
