Be it known that I, Herbert Bentley, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York city, in the county and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Womans Hat Frame, of which the following is a specication, vreference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a womans hat frame, showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a side View thereof.

Fig. 3 is a front View thereof.

The ornamental design for a womans hat frame, substantially as shown.
