DESIGN FOR A TUMBLER George Sakier, New York, N. Y., assignor to Fostoria Glass Company, Moundsville, W. Va., a corporation of West Virginia Application May 11, 1948, Serial No. 146,307

Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D36-8) To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that 1, George Sakier, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at New York city, in the county of New York, and. State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Tumbler, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, wherein:

Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a tumbler, showing my new design;

Fig. 2, a horizontal sectional view taken on the line 2--2 of Fig. 1; and

Fig. 3, a horizontal sectional view taken on the line 3-3 of Fig. 1.

The dominant features of the tumbler reside in the stem portion thereof as shown.

I claim: The ornamental design for a tumbler, as shown and described.
