UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A CAPPED COLLAPSIBLE TUBE Albert H. Jung, Flushing, N. Y., assignor to Victor Industries Corporation, Brooklyn, N. Y., a corporation of New York To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, Albert H. Jung, a citizen of the United States and resident of Flushin county of Queens, city and State of New York, have invented a new, origina1, and ornamental Design vfor a Capped Collapsible Tube, of which the followin is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part therein, wherein:
Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a capped c01- l-apsible tube, showing my new design.
Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the cap of the capped collapsible tube, as it appears removed from the tube.
Fig. 4 is a fragmentary perspective view of the upper part of the collapsible tube as it appears with the cap removed therefrom.
The dominant features of my design reside in the :portion shown in full lines and the characteristic feature is the conoidal and upwardly convex shape of the upper part of the lateral surface of the tube which merges into and forms a continuation of the lateral surface of the cap to present a bullet-like appearance at the upper end of the tube, which is interrupted by vertical spaced ribs arranged vannularly about the lower portion of the cap all as shown in the drawing.
I claim: The ornamental design for a capped collapsible tube, substantially as shown and described.
ALBERT H. JUNG.
