Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, David Kahn, a citizen of the United States, residing at Englewood, in the county of Bergen and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Pencil, of which the following is a specifica tion, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof, wherein- Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of the pencil embodying my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view of the pencil;

Fig. 3 is a bottom plan view of the pencil;

Fig. 4 is a top plan view of the pencil;

Fig. 5 is a cross sectional view taken on line 5-5 of Fig. 2; and

Fig. 6 is a fragmentary enlarged front elevational view of the upper portion of the pencil as disclosed in Fig. 1.
