STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A TUB OR SIIVHLAR ARTICLE William E. Ackermann, Wheeling, W. Va., assignor to Wheeling Steel Corporation, Wheeling, W. va., a, Corporation of Delaware TO all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, William E. Ackerm-ann, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Wheeling, West virginia, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Tub Or similar Article, of Which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

In the drawings Figure 1 is a perspective view of a tub, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is "a top plan view of the tub shown in Figure 1; and

Figure 3 is a side elevational view of the tub shown in Figure l.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a. tub or similar article, substantially 'as shown.
