of the United States, residing at Rosemont, Montgomery County, State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Handle, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 3 is a rear view; and

Figure 4 is a cross-seotional view thereof taken on line 4-4 of Figure 1.
