Be it known that I, Bernard Ulvad, a citizen of the United States, residing at Leorninster, in the county of Worcester, State of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Candlestick or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a candlestick, or the like, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

Fig. 3 is a bottom plan View; and

Fig. 4 is a sectional view on the lines t@ of Fig. 2.

I claim: The ornamental design for a candlestick or the like, substantially as shown.
