Be it known that I, Herman Bogoff, a citizen of the United States, residing in Chicago, in the count,7 of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Necklace or the like, of which the following is a specication, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a necklace or the like, showing my design;

Fig. 2 is the side View thereof; and

Fig. 3 is an enlarged view of a fragmentary section of the necklace chain as shown in Fig. 1.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a necklace or the like, substantially as shown.
