Be it known that I, Thomas H. Jones,'a cit1- zen of the United States and resident of the city of Washington, District of Columbia, haveinvented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Medal or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front view of a medal showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a side view of the same.

It is understood that my design may be embodied in such articles as a medal, badge, plaque, or sign, without departing from the spirit of my invention. I

I claim: The ornamental design for a medal or similar article, as shown and described.
