PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR AN ARTICLE HOLDING GUARD OR THE LIKE To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Otto W. Hueter, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Article Holding Guard or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an article holding guard or the like, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a front elevation thereof; and

Fig. 3 is a plan View, looking down on the device of Fig. 1.

This application is a continuation-in-part of my co-pending application Ser. No. D. 140,263 filed June 14, 1947.

I claim: The ornamental design for an article holding guard or the like, as shown and described.
