UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A WHIRLING TOY Dorothy M. Smith, Santa Barbara, Calif.

Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D34-15) To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Dorothy M. Smith, a, citizen of the United States, residing at 501 West Junipero Street, Santa Barbara, in the county of Santa, Barbara and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Whirling Toy, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In said drawing:

Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a whirling toy showing my new design in a stationary position;

Fig. 2 is an elevational view of one of the pendants shOWn in Fig. 1;

Fig. 3 is a bottom plan view of the pendant shown in Fig. 2; and

Fig. 4 is a sectional view taken on line 4-4 in Fig.2.

The dominant features of my design are shown in solid lines in the drawing.

I claim: The ornamental design for a whirling toy, as shown and described.
