UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A TOY JACK-IN-THE-BOX OR SIMILAR ARTICLE To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Constance Ray White, a citizen of the United States, residing at Beverly Hills, in the county of Los Angeles and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Toy Jack-in-the-Box or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 1 is a top view of a toy jack-in-the-box, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a front view, and

Fig. 3 is a side view thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a toy jack-in-thebox or similar article, substantially as shown.
