Jack Pearl, a citizen of the United States of America, and a resident of Kew Gardens, in the county of Queens, city and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Ball Pointed Fountain Pen or Similar Article, of which the following is a, specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof,
