PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A MATERIAL HANDLING AND LOADING APPARATUS Russell J. Nadherny, Chicago, Ill., assignor to Athey Products Corporation, Chicago, 111., a

corporation of Illinois To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Russell J. Nadherny, a citizen of the United States, residing in Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Material Handling and Loading Apparatus, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a perspective View taken from a position in front and to one side of material handling and loading apparatus embodying my new design and showing the apparatus in one operating position and attached to a conventional tractor, the dotted lines being used for illustrative purposes only;

Fig. 2 is another perspective view taken from a position at the rear and to one side of the apparatus shown in Fig. 1, but depicting a different operating position thereof;

Fig. 3 is a perspective view, taken from a position in front and to the opposite side from that shown in Fig. l, of the apparatus shown in Figs. 1 and 2, and illustrating a different operating position than those shown in Figs. 1 and 2; and

Fig. 4 is an additional perspective view taken from the rear and above the apparatus shown in Figs. 1, 2 and 3, with the parts of the apparatus in substantially the operating position depicted in Fig. 1.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a material handling and loading apparatus, substantially as shown and described.
