Be it known that I, James L, Hvale, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Handle for Kitchen Utensils or Similar Articles, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a top perspective View of a handle for kitchen utensils or similar articles, showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof.

Fig. 3 is a top plan View thereof.

Fig. 4 is a bottom plan View thereof.

Fig. 5 is an end elevational View of the same when viewed from the left of the article as shown in Fig. 4.

I claim: The ornamental design for a handle for kitchen utensils or similar articles, as shown.
