STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A CIGARETTE CONTAINER Ralph Webber, New York, N. Y.

Be it known that I, Ralph Webber, a citizen of the United States, residing in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Cigarette Container, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a cigarette container showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a similar View thereof showing the lid partially open;

Fig. 3 is a longitudinal sectional View of Fig. 1;

Fig. 4 is a longitudinal sectional view of Fig. 2 taken at right angles to that of Fig. 3 and Fig. 5 is a fragmentary longitudinal sectional view showing the bottom.

The characteristic features of my design reside in the combination of the transparent halfshells surrounded by the U-shaped opaque band with the upper edges of the shells turned inwardly to form guideways for the grooved opaque sliding closure as shown.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a cigarette container, as shown and described.
