Be it known that I, Tina Leser, a citizen of the United States, residing in New York city, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Hat, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a hat showing my design,

Fig. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof,

Fig. 3 is a front view thereof as it appears in draped position, and

Fig. 4 is a rear view of the hat shown in Fig. 3.

The characteristic feature of my design for the hat shown resides in the series oi shirred areas evenly distributed around the lower portion thereof as shown.

I claim: The ornamental design for a hat, substantially as shown and described.
