OFFICE DESIGN FOR A MECHANICAL TOY BIRD FIGURE To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Herman Herzog, a citizen of the United States, residing at Detroit, in the county of Wayne and State of Michigan, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Mechanical Toy Bird Figure, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing Fig. 1 is a side View of a mechanical toy bird figure, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a front elevation of the same;

Fig. 3 is a top plan view of the same;

Fig. 4 is a plan view of underside of the same; and

Fig. 5 is a section of the body shell taken on a plane indicated by the line 5-5 in Figure 1.
