UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR PACKING MATERIAL FOR FRAGILE ARTICLES Ernest L. Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D58-16) To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, Ernest L. Shepard, a citizen of the United States, residing at Fairfield, in the county of Somerset, State of Maine, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Packing Material for Fragile Articles, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of packing material for fragile articles showing my new design and as seen when the packing material is closed, and,
Fig. 2 is a similar view as seen when the packing material is open.
I claim:
The ornamental design for packing material for fragile articles, as shown.

SHEPARD It is hereby certified that errors appear in the grant of the above numbered patent requiring correction as follows: lines 2 and 15, and in the heading to printed specification, line 4, name of assignee, for Coval read Canal; and that the said Letters Patent should be read with these corrections therein that the same may conform to the record of the case in the Patent Oflice.
