Be it known that I, Joseph Russo, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Plaque or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 1 is a face view of a plaque or similar article showing my new design; and

Fig. 2 is a vertical sectional View of the same taken on the line 2-2 of Fig. 1.
