Be it known that I, Lawrence H. Wilson, a citizen of the United States, residing at Detroit, in the county of Wayne and State of Michigan, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Casing for a Water I-ieater or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Figure 1 is a front view of a casing for a water heater or the like embodying my new design;

Figure 2 is a top plan view of the casing shown in Figure 1; and

Figure 3 is a fragmentary sectional View taken on substantially the line 3-4 of Figure 1.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a casing for a Water heater or the like, as shown and described.
