Be it known that Carl Wandt, a citizen of the United States of America and resident of the city of New York, State of New York, has invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Lapel `Ornament or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in which,

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a lapel ornament, embodying my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational View thereof; and

Fig. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The ornamental design for a lapel ornament or similar article, substantially as shown.
