PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR AN ANIMATED EYE EXERCISER To all whom it may concern:

'. Be it known that I, Aubrey B. Leech, a citizen of the United State of America, residing in the city of Los Angeles, county of Los Angeles, State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Animated Eye Exerciser, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational View of an animated eye exerciser showing my new design as the same appears whenit is not illuminated,

Fig. 2 is an enlarged front elevational view of the upper portion of the device when the same is illuminated from within and animated,

Fig. 3 is a side elevational view of the device,

Fig. 4 is a side elevational view of the device partly in section with the protective housing shown in Fig. 3 removed, showing the electric lamp for illuminating the lower portion or the design, and the lamp base and one of the cylindrical rotating screens for illuminating and animating the upper portion of the design,

Fig. 5 is a sectional view in front elevation of the upper portion of the device taken on the line 5-5 of Fig. 4, showing the intermediate plate which cooperates with the rotating screen to pro.-
