PATENT OFFICE To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, William E. Phinney, a citizen of the United States, residing at Milton, in the county of Stratford and State of New Hampshire, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Welting, of which the following is a specication, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a View in perspective of a piece of Welting showing my new design, and

Fig. 2 is a View of the same in cross section on a greatly enlarged scale.
