Be it known that I, Thomas B. Owens, a citizen of the United States, residing in Cleveland, in the county of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Mail Receptacle or Similar Article, of which th following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a top plan of a mail receptacle or similar article, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a front elevation; and

Figure 3 is a side elevation.
