Be it known that I, Wilbur K. Olson, a citizen of the United States, residing at Fort Madison, in the county of Lee and State of Iowa, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Fountain Pen or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Figure 1 is a top plan view of a fountain pen or the like embodying my new design;

Figure 2 is a side elevational view of a fountain pen which presents substantially the same appearance when viewed from any angle in elevation.

The dominant feature of my design resides in the ornamental appearance of the cap shown in full lines.

The ornamental design for a fountain pen or the like, substantially as shown and described.
