Be it known that I, Ernest Perrault, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicopee Falls, in the county of Hampden and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Cap Form, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a plan view of a cap form showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a sectional view on the line 2-2 of Fig. 1; and

Fig. 3 is an end elevational view of the cap form shown in Fig. 1.
