DESIGN FOR A RUFFLING OR COLLARETTE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of D Application filed June 23.
To all whom it "my concern:
Be it known that I, HERMAN ROSENTHAL, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Rufliin g or Collarette, of which the following is a specification.
This design consists in a depending apron connected to the top edge of the rufiling or eollarett-e by a rounded curve, so as to impart to the article a novel and ornamental appearance.
In the accompanying drawings, Figure 1 represents a face view. Fig. 2 is an end view.
Similar letters indicate corresponding parts. In the drawings, the letter A designates the band to which the rufliing or collarette B is secured. The top edge of this rnffling or colesign No. 14,129, dated July 24,1883.
