Be it known that I, Earl E. Moore, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at the city of Los Angeles, in the county of Los Angeles and the State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combination Toy and Advertising Novelty, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing which forms a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a combination toy and advertising novelty, showing my new design,

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the animal figure shown in Figure 1 being omitted, with a portion of the handle broken away for convenience in illustration.

Fig. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof on a smaller scale, and

Figure 4 is an edge elevational view of the animal figure shown in Figure l.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a combination toy and advertising novelty, substantially as shown and described.
