Be it known that I, Paul E. Allen, a citizen of the United States, residing at Skokie, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Rattle Handle, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Figure 1 is a front view of a rattle handle, embodying my new design;

Figure 2 is a. side elevational view thereof; Figure 3 is a top plan view; and Figure 4 is a bottom plan View thereof. I claim: The ornamental design for a rattle handle, substantially as shown.
