.Be it known that I, Charles J. Hofiman, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at York, in the county of York and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Portable Lamp Guard or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, wherein Fig. 1 is a, top plan view of a portable guard or similar article embodying my new design;

(Cl. D48-16) Fig. 2 is a side elevational view of the same;

Fig. 3 is an end elevational view of the same, looking at the end shown at the left in Figs. 1 and 2 and on an enlarged scale; and

Fig. 4 is an end elevational view of the same, looking at the opposite end and on the same scale as Fig. 3.

The ornamental design for a portable lamp guard or similar article, as shown.
