PATENT OFFICE To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that 1, Edward S. Cornell, Jr., a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Stamford, Fairfield County, State of Connecticut, have invented a new, original, and omamental Design for Candleholder, preferably of plastic, of which the following is a specification, reference being bad to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 2 is a top plan view of the candleholder shown in Fig. 1; and

Fig. 3 is a bottom plan view of the candleholder shown in Fig. 1.
