Be it known that I, Lawrence Blazey, a citizen of the United States, residing at Bay Village, in the county of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Bicycle Chain Guard, of Which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.
