STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A PAPER-CUTTING MACHINE OR THE LIKE William R. Spiller, Dayton, Ohio, assignor to Barris-Seybold-Potter Company, Cleveland, Ohio, a corporation of Delaware To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, William R. Spiller, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Dayton, in the county of Montgomeiy, State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a. Paper-Cutting Machine or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof in which,

Fig. 1 is a view in perspective of a paper-cutting machine or the like showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof on a slightly reduced scale; and

Fig. 3 is a side elevational view of the machine on the same scale as Fig. 2.

As shown the design is characterized by generally plane vertically extending housing panels at either side of the centrally located cutting table, and by housing panels extending laterally across the upper part above the cutting table and to the outside of the vertically extending panels, with additional panels located below the cutting table and enclosing the space between the side panels.

The ornamental design for a paper-cutting machine or the like, substantially as shown and described.
