Be it known that we, CHARLES '1. MEYER and VICTOR E. MEYER, ot' Bergen, county of Hudson, State of New Jersey, have originated and designed a new Pattern for Floor 0il- Cloths, Carpets, or other Fabrics, of which the following is a. full,elear, and exact; description, reference being had to theaecompan; ingspecimen or drawing, making part of this specification, which fully represents said design, and is suflicient, without further aid, to enable any person skilled in the art to repeat it for practical use.
