Be it known that I, John G. Rideout, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Cleveland, in the county of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Handle Bar for Velocipedes or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had therein to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof, wherein:

Figure 1 is an elevational View of a handle bar for a velocipede or the like, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a top plan view of the design illustrated in Figure and Figure 3 is a side elevational View thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a handle bar for a velocipede or the like, substantially as shown.
