PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR AN EXPOSURE IDENTIFYING TAB FOR PHOTOGRAPHIC', CUT FILM HOLDER Byron L. Smith, East Rochester, N. Y., assignor to The Folmer Graflex Corporation, Rochester, N. Y., a corporation of Delaware Application September 26, 1941, Serial No. 103,523
Term of patent 14- years To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, Byron L. Smith, a citizen of the United States, residing at East Rochester, county of Monroe, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Exposure Identifying Tab for Photographic, Cut Film Holder, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, wherein;
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an exposure identiiying tab for photographic, cut film holder showing my new design; and
Fig. 2 is a front elevation thereof.
The characteristic features of my design are that the article is transparent and imperforate and that it has a long reentrant angle at the lower edge of the tab formed by the two oppositely sloping portions of the lower edge which meet midlength the tab, the upper edge of the tab being straight and normal to a median cross line bisecting the reentrant angle and said upper edge, each end of the tab having a reentrant angle and also having therebelow a protruding portion extending in a direction lengthwise the tab body. The ratio of length to greatest width of said tab is substantially nine to one.
I claim:
The ornamental design for an exposure identiiying tab for photographic, cut film holder, substantially as shown and described.
BYRON L. SMITH.
