DESIGN FOR A FISHING ROD HANDLE OR ANALOGOUS ARTICLE William G. Pontis, Dayton, Ohio Application July 20, 1940, Serial No. 93,799

Be it known that I, William G. Pontis, a citizen of the United States, residing at Dayton, in the county of Montgomery and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Fishing Rod Handle or Analogous Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a fishing rod handle, showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is an elevational view of the left hand side of the grip shown in Fig. 1.

Fig. 3 is a view of the right hand side thereof.

Fig. 4 is a. top plan view thereof.

Fig. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

Fig. 6 is an end elevational view taken from the left of Fig. 2.

Fig. 7 is an end elevational view taken from the opposite end thereof.

In Figs. 2 to 7 inclusive, the dotted line illustration in Fig. 1 has been omitted. The essential and dominant feature of my design is shown in full lines in Fig. l and in views 2 to '7 inclusive.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a fishing rod handle or analogous article, as shown and described.
