Be it known that I, Robert Edward Pfieger, a citizen of the United States, residing at Cleveland, in the county of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combination Coin Bank and Picture Frame or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 2 is a rear perspective View thereof; and

Fig. 3 is a top plan view.
