Be it known that I, Adolph J. Havlis, a citizen of the United States, residing at Oak Park, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Frame for a Tumbler Rack, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Figure 1 is a front elevational view of a frame for a tumbler rack, showing my design;

Figure 2 is an end elevational view of the frame for a tumbler rack shown in Figure 1; and

Figure 3 is a top plan View of the frame for a tumbler rack shown in Figure 1.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a frame for a tumbler rack, substantially as shown.
