Be it known that I, Harvey J. Williams, a citizen of the United States, residing at White Plains, in the county of Westchester and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Plaque or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
Figure 1 is a plan view of the plaque showing my new design.
Figure 2 is an edge view of the article of Figure 1.
While the novel design is shown in the form of a plaque, it is contemplated that the same can be incorporated into other similar articles.

The ornamental design for a plaque or similar article, as shown and described.
