Be it known that I, Durand Beam, a citizen of the United States, residing in Inglewood, in the county of Los Angeles and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Cupola Smelter, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a cupola smelter showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a rear elevational View of the same,

Fig. 3 is a reduced front perspective View of the smelter, and

Fig. 4 is a horizontal sectional view taken at 4-4 in Fig. 1.
