DESIGN FOR A MUSICAL OASE OR SIMILAR ARTICLE Luigi DAndrea, Corona, Y. Application November 28, 1939, Serial No. 88,525
Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, Luigi DAndrea, a citizen of the United States, residing at 104-72 45th Avenue, Corona, in the Borough of Queens, county of Queens, city and State of New York, have in' vented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Musical Case or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a musical case or similar article showing my new design, with the case in closed position and the handle of the case extending outwardly in front of the flap.
Fig. 2 shows the case in Fig. 1 in partly opened position. v
The other endof the case is the ordinary end without any alteration by my design.
The characteristic features of my design re side in the front flap portion in combination with the case as shown.
I claim:
The ornamental design for a musical case or similar article substantially as shown and described.
