Be it known that I, Edward B. Herman, a citizen of the United States, residing at 305 East 15th Street, Minneapolis, in the county of Hennepin and Statev of Minnesota, have invented a new, 4

original, and ornamental Design for an Ashtray, of which the following is ra specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing,

Fig. 1 is a top plan View of an ashtray showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a View in side elevation of said tray;

Fig. 3 is a vertical section taken on line 3 3 of Fig. 1 as indicated by the arrows; and

Fig. 4 is a bottom plan View of said tray.
