Be it known that we, David A. Meeker and Kenneth C. Allen, citizens of the United States of America, residing at Troy, in the county of Miami, andl at Dayton, in the county of Montgomery, respectively, and in the State of Ohio, have invente-d a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Scale, of which the following is a specication, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a scale from the clerks side thereof showing our new design;

Fig. 2 is a perspective View of the scale from the customers side thereof;

Fig. 3 is a front elevational view from the same side of the scale as Fig. 1; and

Fig. 4 is an end elevational view of the scale.

The design consists of a scale having a substantially completely enclosing housing the lower portion of which is generally rectangular in shape and the upper portion of which is provided with sloping faces upon its opposite sides, with a platter supported in position closely above and generally overlying the housing, all of said parts being combined to result in the appearance substantially as shown.
